Ali Awad Law aka "CEO Lawyer" is a personal injury law firm. This job is fully remote. We seek a bilingual, personal injury Pre-Litigation attorney with a minimum of 3 years of personal injury/motor vehicle accident experience.
The ideal candidate should have the following:
- Client management skills
- Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Highly organized and analytical
- High levels of empathy and patience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong relationship-building and client-facing skills
- Medical knowledge of personal injuries (and which doctors are needed for each injury)
Pre-Litigation:
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Evaluate cases
- Manage a high caseload with high values
- Assist in signing up cases with our intake team
- Managing a team
